2017 was a year of amazing transformations at the Seaside Holiday Resort in Fingal Bay, we are all very proud of the progress so far and would like to thank everyone e . The Seaside Holiday Resort renovations have been completed in stages and the details are as follows.
STAGE 1:
Saw the construction of new decks, shade sails and new outdoor furniture for all units 1-25.
New lush garden beds were created in between these unit blokes and along the street frontage.
STAGE 2:
Was the turning of the soil for the construction of the new pools, a large resort style pool and a small wading pool for toddlers
A new covered BBQ area was built to compliment the poolside. Modern contemporary, timber furniture and a double electric BBQ has also been installed for guest use.
All BBQ’s have been replaced with stainless steel electric BBQ’s. This includes an extra double BBQ in the covered BBQ area beside the children’s playground.
Large scale civil works also continued throughout the year to resolve the flooding issue during severe east coast lows..
CAPITAL WORKS consisted of a full renovation of units 21-25.
This included the following:
New Kitchens
New bathrooms
New carpet and tiles
All new furniture
New window coverings
New artwork
Painting of all internal walls
Mirrored and laminate sliding wardrobe doors]
Ceiling fan/lights installed in main bedrooms and new LED lighting throughout.
The continuation of internal painting of all brick walls was completed during 2017.
40 x single bed ensembles were purchased
10 x new fridges purchased
14 x new dining chairs and tables were purchased to replace old style furniture
